Cancellation Policy

Blue Voyages Holidays aims to provide a smooth and transparent travel experience. However, cancellations and refunds are governed by airline, hotel, and service provider policies. Please read the following Cancellation Policy carefully before making any booking changes.

Airline Cancellation Policy

Airline cancellations are strictly subject to the fare rules and policies of the respective airlines.

Non-Refundable Flight Tickets

For flight tickets marked as “Non-Refundable”, no refund will be provided in case of cancellation. The total amount paid will be forfeited.

Refundable Flight Tickets

For tickets marked as “Refundable”, refunds will be processed as per the airline’s cancellation rules applicable at the time of booking. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on:

  • Airline fare conditions

  • Time of cancellation

  • Applicable airline penalties

Passengers are advised to review their ticket fare rules before initiating cancellation.

International Exchange Rate Impact

For international flight cancellations, refund amounts may vary due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Refunds are processed in the original booking currency; however, the credited amount may differ due to exchange rate variations at the time of processing.

Airline Operational Changes

Blue Voyages Holidays is not responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or grounding initiated by airlines. In such cases, travelers must directly coordinate with the airline for alternative arrangements or compensation as per airline policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Requests

All flight cancellation or rescheduling requests must be placed directly with the airline. Blue Voyages Holidays does not control airline refund timelines. Refund processing is subject entirely to the airline’s internal procedures.

Mandatory Web Check-in

Some airlines mandate web check-in prior to airport arrival. Failure to comply may result in additional charges payable at the airport. Blue Voyages Holidays will not be liable for such charges and no refunds will be provided in these cases.

Tour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our tour cancellation policy reflects commitments made to hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

Non-Refundable Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for refunds, modifications, or rescheduling under any circumstances.

General Tour Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Up to 75% cancellation charges (exact charges depend on supplier policies)

  • Cancellations made within 0–30 days of departure: 100% cancellation charges, excluding airline cancellation fees

Airline Cancellation Fees (Within Tour Packages)

If flights are included in the tour package, airline cancellation policies will apply separately. Refunds, if any, will be processed strictly as per airline fare rules.

Visa & Travel Insurance

  • Visa fees are 100% non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of approval or rejection.

  • Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Blue Voyages Holidays holds no responsibility for visa outcomes.

  • Travel insurance, once issued, is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Activities, Attractions & Entry Tickets

  • Pre-booked activities, attractions, theme parks, events, or entry tickets are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

  • Such tickets are final, non-transferable, and cannot be modified once booked.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 25–40 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment after deducting:

  • Cancellation charges

  • Transaction fees

  • Supplier penalties

Tour Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Rescheduling requests made within 20 days of departure may attract additional charges due to revised hotel tariffs and flight fares.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Any fare difference or additional cost must be borne by the traveler.
